General Responsibilities - Greet fellow employees in a positive manner.
- Learn and follow the required recipes in order to present food in a consistently appetizing manner.
- Assist with the cleaning of and putting away of dishes.
- Complete all opening and closing work as listed on checklists.
- Follow all state and local health and sanitation laws while working in the kitchen.
- Assist in the set up and tear down of manager receptions or banquet events if needed.
